Return & Exchange Policy
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Order holders can contact us on WhatsApp, Insta, and by email.
- We will accept the unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange of items.
- Refund requests will be processed the same day after receiving the returned items.
- All customers should return the items via traceable courier service or registered post on his own expense to our store address.
- Some items, like panties and certain sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Process to Return or Exchange your Item:
Fill the Return Form Attached in your order
If you want to exchange an item or return it because of valid problems with the product, then you must complete the returned form provided to you with the product and include it with your return item.
If you haven’t received the return form, then please download it from here.
Repack the Item
Please repack and attach the return form (filled completely) with the merchandise and ship it to our store address.
